Independent Verification
Selected ownership lifecycle events are supported by cryptographic references anchored to Hedera—strengthening independent verification, chronology, and continuity without exposing private client information.
Independent verification strengthens trust by allowing important ownership lifecycle records to be checked beyond Solari's own systems.
Solari pairs traditional trust, custody, account, and transaction records with cryptographic evidence references anchored to Hedera. This creates independently verifiable records of integrity and chronology for selected lifecycle events while keeping client identities, balances, agreements, and sensitive documentation private.
Hedera strengthens the evidence surrounding an event. It does not hold the gold, create legal ownership, or replace the Trust, custodian, governing records, or independent audits.
Beyond the interface
Trust should not depend on one company's dashboard alone.
A platform can display ownership, custody, transaction, and lifecycle information within its own interface. Independent verification adds another dimension: selected cryptographic references can be recorded beyond that interface and later inspected through a public network record.
This supports continuity if a dashboard changes, a record is exported, a position moves through another eligible lifecycle event, or an authorized party needs to compare a Solari record with its independently recorded reference.
Record integrity
A cryptographic reference can help determine whether the information associated with a supported record has changed after the reference was created.
Consensus chronology
Hedera assigns consensus timestamps and ordering to submitted network records, supporting an independently recorded sequence of selected events.
Continuity
Selected references can remain inspectable outside Solari’s own interface through appropriate network explorers and mirror-node records.
Independent inspection
A client or other authorized reviewer can compare an applicable Solari evidence record with the corresponding public network reference.
Solari Evidence Engine
From a supported event to an independently recorded reference.
The Evidence Engine is Solari's record-integrity and continuity component. It organizes evidence for selected material events, connects that evidence to the applicable platform and supporting records, creates a cryptographic reference, and manages the resulting verification trail.

Receive
Receives a supported material event after the applicable platform, trust, custody, allocation, delivery, credit, or operational workflow reaches the required status.
Organize
Associates the event with its relevant Solari record, receipt, position identifier, document reference, or supporting institutional record.
Reference
Generates a cryptographic representation of the selected evidence without publishing the complete private record.
Anchor
Submits an appropriate cryptographic reference to Hedera for public consensus ordering and timestamping.
Connect
Stores the resulting Hedera transaction, topic, sequence, or other applicable verification reference with the relevant Solari evidence record.
Preserve
Makes the applicable reference available through the client’s account history and eligible continuity documentation.
The Evidence Engine does not replace the source record or validate events that have not completed their applicable workflow. It references evidence for events that have already reached their required status.
Selected material events
Verification can follow the life of a position.
Solari does not need to publish every account action to Hedera. The Evidence Engine is intended to create references for selected events where independent integrity, chronology, and continuity add meaningful value.

This is an illustrative supported-event framework, not a promise that every event is currently active or that every position receives every reference. Final event coverage depends on the product, lifecycle status, provider connection, governing workflow, privacy requirements, and production evidence architecture.
Each position follows only the events applicable to that product and the client's instructions. Borrowing, gifting, consolidation, redemption, and delivery are optional pathways.
Clear boundaries
Verification is strongest when its limits are explicit.
Independent verification can establish
- That a particular cryptographic reference was submitted to Hedera
- Its applicable consensus timestamp
- Its place within the recorded consensus order
- Whether the information being compared produces the expected cryptographic reference
- Whether a referenced record appears to have changed since anchoring
- A continuing sequence of selected lifecycle references
- A public network record that can be inspected beyond Solari’s interface
Independent verification does not establish by itself
- That physical gold is present inside a vault
- That a custody statement is factually correct
- That legal title is valid
- That an allocation satisfies every governing requirement
- That an audit or inspection was properly performed
- That a transaction complied with every applicable law
- That a loan, delivery, or redemption obligation has been legally satisfied
- That Hedera owns, controls, or safeguards the physical asset
The underlying event remains governed by the applicable Trust, custody records, account records, transaction receipts, provider records, independent audits, credit documents, and governing agreements. Hedera strengthens the integrity and chronology of the associated evidence reference; it does not replace those records.
Hedera public anchoring
Public consensus infrastructure suited to durable records.
Solari uses Hedera because selected evidence references benefit from a public network that provides consensus ordering, finality, predictable fees, accessible historical records, and a governance model designed for long-term network stewardship.
Consensus ordering
Hedera establishes a consensus timestamp and order for submitted network records, supporting chronological evidence across related lifecycle events.
Finality
Once a Hedera transaction reaches consensus, its placement in the consensus record is final rather than awaiting probabilistic confirmations.
Predictable fees
Hedera’s fee structure is denominated in U.S. dollars and paid in HBAR, supporting more predictable planning for evidence publication than auction-based transaction pricing.
Historical accessibility
Hedera mirror-node infrastructure supports access to historical transaction information, allowing applicable public records to be inspected beyond Solari’s own systems.
Governance
Hedera is governed through the Hedera Council, whose members participate in network governance under defined terms and equal voting arrangements.
Appropriate separation
Hedera can strengthen the evidence layer without receiving custody of gold, client funds, private agreements, or control over the Trust.
Hedera Council governance is a network arrangement. It does not represent an endorsement, audit, regulation, guarantee, grant, or formal partnership between the Hedera Council and Solari. Network pricing may change over time.
Private ownership, public references
Verification should not require exposing the client.
Public verification does not require Solari to publish complete ownership records or private client information. The Evidence Engine is intended to anchor selected cryptographic references while the underlying records remain protected within the appropriate Solari, trust, custody, provider, and client-documentation environments.

Inspection process
From a Solari record to a public consensus reference.
Open the evidence record
The client opens an eligible position, transaction, receipt, lifecycle event, or Vault Access Packet entry within Solari.
Review the reference details
Solari displays the supported event type, evidence identifier, applicable event time, cryptographic reference, and Hedera verification information.
Inspect the Hedera record
The client follows the applicable link to HashScan or another supported Hedera explorer to inspect the public network record.
Compare the information
The applicable evidence tools compare the Solari reference with the public Hedera record and, where supported, confirm whether the selected source information produces the expected cryptographic result.
Review the boundary
A successful comparison supports the integrity and chronology of the evidence reference. It does not replace the governing ownership, custody, audit, credit, redemption, or delivery records.

Legal ownership and custody remain governed by the applicable Trust, custody, account, transaction, and product records. Independent Verification provides an additional method for inspecting the evidence associated with those records.
