The Vault Access Packet is Solari's intended continuity record for eligible participants. It brings together the references needed to understand a gold position, its governing structure, and its applicable history—even when the Solari interface is not the only place being consulted.
The packet does not create ownership or replace governing records. It organizes relevant ownership, trust, custody, transaction, evidence, and contact references into a durable record suitable for secure download and offline retention.
Beyond the dashboard
A dashboard is a view—not the entirety of the record.
Digital interfaces are useful for managing holdings, activity, evidence, delivery, and eligible services. But an advanced holder should not depend entirely on a single screen to understand the structure and history of a position.
Solari's continuity design preserves an organized record of the references that matter: what the position represents, how it is governed, where its supporting records reside, which material events have occurred, and which parties or documents govern the next step.
Understandability
The holder can review the product, quantity, status, and applicable ownership structure in one organized record.
Portability
The packet is intended for secure download and offline retention rather than existing only within a live dashboard session.
Traceability
Relevant transactions, lifecycle events, evidence identifiers, and supporting references can be followed through an organized history.
Continuity
Applicable trust, custody, evidence, and contact information remains organized if the interface is interrupted, changed, or unavailable.

The Vault Access Packet assembles relevant references from across the Solari GoldLink System without collapsing their distinct legal and operational roles. It connects the client's position summary with applicable Trust Engine records, institutional custody references, transaction history, Evidence Engine references, Hedera records, and governing contacts.
The packet is an organized continuity artifact. It is not itself the vault record, Trust Agreement, ownership ledger, audit, credit agreement, delivery contract, or source of legal title.

The contents of a Vault Access Packet depend on the position, its lifecycle, the holder's eligibility, and the available supporting records. The packet reflects the actual product rather than forcing every Solari position into one identical format.
sXAU
May include the standardized 1.00 troy oz position summary, acquisition and transaction history, custody and evidence references, eligible collateral events, and applicable delivery records.
GoldNote
May include the allocated gold quantity, issuance and allocation history, certificate or record reference, custody and evidence information, combination or collateral events, and applicable redemption or delivery records.
Gold Pool participation and allocation
A pending subscription may be represented as a participation record. It is not described as an issued GoldNote or completed allocation until execution, vault receipt, allocation, and review are complete.
Other eligible Vault Desk records
Additional eligible records may be included where the product, account configuration, evidence architecture, governing terms, and continuity requirements support them.
A Vault Access Packet is not promised automatically for every DGB or every Solari account. Final eligibility, packet contents, update cadence, delivery method, and secure-access controls depend on the applicable product, identity verification, account configuration, governing terms, provider connections, privacy requirements, and jurisdiction.
Tiered identity verification remains part of Solari and remains separate from VARA membership.

The packet reflects the architecture. It does not create it.
Solari's Trust Architecture defines the responsibilities and boundaries governing the platform, Trust Engine, protected custody framework, institutional infrastructure, Evidence Engine, Hedera public anchoring layer, and continuity records.
The Vault Access Packet organizes relevant references produced within that architecture so the holder can understand how the applicable records connect.
If information in a packet conflicts with an authoritative governing, trust, custody, account, credit, or provider record, the authoritative record and applicable law control.

The Evidence Engine generates cryptographic references for selected material events and anchors appropriate references to Hedera. The Vault Access Packet can organize those references alongside the corresponding private ownership, transaction, custody, or governing records.
This allows an applicable evidence reference to be inspected beyond Solari's interface without publishing the complete private record.
Hedera strengthens the integrity and chronology of selected evidence references. It does not hold the gold, establish legal title, perform physical custody, or replace governing documents and independent audits.

A continuity record should remain under the holder's control.
A Vault Access Packet may contain sensitive account, ownership, transaction, custody, credit, delivery, contact, and governing information. It is therefore intended for secure client access and careful offline retention—not public publication.
Controlled access
Packet access should be limited to the eligible holder and other properly authorized parties through the applicable security and identity controls.
Protected delivery
The production packet should use an approved secure delivery or download method appropriate to its contents.
Minimal public exposure
Complete packet contents, client identity, account balances, private agreements, delivery details, and confidential institutional records should not be published to Hedera or another public network.
Version integrity
Packet versions should be identifiable so the holder can distinguish a current record from a superseded copy.
Responsible retention
Holders should be given appropriate guidance for securely storing and disposing of downloaded copies.
Secure access, encryption, downloads, and storage are not implemented on this public page. The production approach, security controls, and any retention guidance will follow Solari's final security, product, and compliance review.
