One private gold workspace
More than a place to buy gold.
The Vault Desk is an operating environment for serious gold ownership. Clients can acquire and manage distinct gold positions, monitor value and account activity, review supporting evidence, settle through SUSD, request physical delivery, and access eligible advanced services without moving between disconnected systems.
Own
Acquire standardized sXAU positions, participate in structured Gold Pools, and hold GoldNotes issued following completed acquisition and allocation events.
Verify
Review position records, custody references, transaction receipts, and timestamped Hedera evidence associated with supported ownership events.
Manage
Monitor holdings and activity, settle eligible transactions through SUSD, sell supported positions, combine qualifying holdings, and request delivery when requirements are met.
Extend
Eligible clients may voluntarily access the Gold Credit Line or allocate SUSD to the separate Yield Engine. These capabilities remain distinct from ordinary protected ownership.
Purpose-built ownership
Choose the structure that fits the position.
The Vault Desk does not force every client into one generic pooled balance. Solari provides distinct gold positions for immediate standardized ownership, structured acquisition, and documented longer-term positions.
Solari XAU (sXAU)
The standardized Vault Desk ounce
Each sXAU represents a whole-unit position of 1 fine troy ounce / 31.1035 grams of vaulted gold. It is designed for clients who want immediate, clearly denominated gold ownership with straightforward account visibility, evidence, sale, and eligible physical delivery.
- Whole 1 oz positions
- Live indicative spot reference and transparent transaction pricing
- Position and receipt history
- Supported evidence references
- Eligible sale and delivery workflows
- Can contribute toward Gold Credit Line collateral consolidation
Gold Pools
Structured acquisition for larger positions
Gold Pools bring participants together around a defined physical-gold acquisition. A subscription reserves participation; it does not instantly issue a GoldNote. Following pool close, execution, vault receipt, and allocation review, the client’s final gold allocation is recorded through an eligible GoldNote.
- Clearly defined acquisition target and participation window
- Transparent subscription and fee information
- Visible pool status and progress
- Pending participation and receipt records
- GoldNote issuance only after the required acquisition and allocation sequence
- Eligible allocated holdings can later contribute toward collateral consolidation
GoldNotes
Verifiable records of allocated gold ownership
GoldNotes are durable ownership records representing a defined quantity of physical gold within the Solari custody structure. They are issued following completed Gold Pool allocations and other eligible Vault Desk allocation events.
- Defined gold weight
- Certificate and issuance record
- Custody and evidence references
- Eligible sale, combination, and delivery workflows
- Can contribute toward an approved Gold Credit Line collateral block
The structure beneath every position
Protected ownership begins with clear boundaries.
Every Vault Desk gold position rests on the same foundation: bankruptcy-remote custody, 1:1 issuance discipline, protection against unauthorized use, and independently referenceable Hedera evidence.
See how the Trust Engine worksBankruptcy-remote structure
Physical gold supporting issued Solari gold positions is held through a bankruptcy-remote Delaware Statutory Trust, separate from Solari’s operating balance sheet and ordinary operating liabilities.
1:1 issuance discipline
Every issued sXAU and GoldNote position is supported 1:1 by qualifying physical gold. DGB positions within the wider Solari GoldLink System follow the same issuance discipline.
No unauthorized use of client gold
Solari cannot lend, pledge, rehypothecate, or use client gold for its own benefit. A client may separately choose to consolidate and pledge an eligible position through the Gold Credit Line. Only that designated collateral block is locked and subject to the agreed credit terms.
Independent verification and Hedera evidence
Third-party custody, legal records, and independent verification are paired with timestamped Hedera evidence. It strengthens traceability but does not replace the Trust, custodian, governing documents, or independent audits.
Simple on the surface. Institutional at the core.
Proof, records, and visibility
Ownership should be understandable — not merely asserted.
The Vault Desk is designed to organize the information a serious holder expects around a gold position: what was acquired, how the position was established, where relevant records are held, which actions have occurred, and what evidence supports those events.
Position records
View quantities, weights, status, indicative value, acquisition history, and supported position identifiers.
Activity and receipts
Review transaction confirmations, funding activity, pool subscriptions, allocation events, sales, delivery requests, and eligible credit or yield records.
Hedera evidence
Supported material events can receive immutable timestamp references through the Hedera evidence layer, complementing traditional platform, custody, and audit records.
Vault Watch and reporting
Monitor custody-oriented status information, reserve or settlement reporting made available by Solari, and other supported operational disclosures in one organized environment.
Funding and settlement
Gold ownership connected to a modern account environment.
The Vault Desk is designed to connect external funding, internal settlement, gold acquisition, sale, and eligible withdrawal workflows without confusing the gold position with the settlement balance.
USD funding balance
Cleared external funds are reflected separately from owned gold and can be used for supported account funding and conversion workflows.
SUSD settlement balance
SUSD is Solari’s internal dollar settlement unit, supported separately by short-term U.S. Treasuries and cash. It is used for eligible Gold Pool subscriptions, gold purchases and sales, Yield Engine activity, and other supported Vault Desk settlement events.
Clear separation
Gold is the owned asset. SUSD is the internal settlement unit. VARA (Vault Access Rewards Allocation) is Solari’s separate membership token. These roles remain distinct across the platform.
Physical delivery
Keep the position vaulted — or request the metal when eligible.
Eligible Vault Desk gold holdings can support a physical-delivery request once the required minimum of 1.00 troy oz / 31.103 g is met. Delivery remains optional; clients may continue holding digitally, sell through a supported workflow, combine positions, or request delivery according to the applicable product and fulfillment requirements.
- Minimum eligible gold weight: 1.00 troy oz / 31.103 g
- Delivery quote and review before final submission
- Applicable fabrication, product premium, insurance, shipping, tax, and jurisdictional requirements disclosed before confirmation
- Position remains in the account until the delivery request reaches the applicable committed stage
Advanced liquidity
Access liquidity from gold you choose to pledge.
The Gold Credit Line is designed for eligible clients who want liquidity without making an immediate voluntary sale of their gold position. Solari does not pledge client gold automatically. The client chooses whether to prepare and pledge an eligible collateral block.
- 1
Combine eligible holdings
Qualifying DGB, Gold Pool, GoldNote, and sXAU holdings can contribute toward the required consolidated gold weight.
- 2
Prepare an approved collateral block
Eligible gold is consolidated to meet the applicable provider-supported block size, such as 10 oz or 1 kg.
- 3
Review and voluntarily pledge
The client reviews the collateral value, borrowing terms, loan-to-value limits, costs, maturity, default provisions, and liquidation conditions before agreeing to pledge the block.
- 4
Lock only the pledged position
Once pledged, the collateral block becomes unavailable for sale, transfer, delivery, combination, or conversion until repayment and release. All other holdings remain unaffected.
- 5
Repay and release — or enforce agreed terms
Successful repayment releases the pledge. A pledged collateral block may be liquidated only under the client’s instructions or the enforcement conditions established in the applicable credit agreement, including an uncured default.
The Gold Credit Line is an advanced staged capability subject to identity verification, holding eligibility, consolidation requirements, valuation, lender approval, collateral and credit documentation, jurisdiction, and activated provider connections.
Elective SUSD yield
Physical gold is never deployed.
The Yield Engine is designed as a separate, optional environment in which an eligible client may allocate SUSD to yield-seeking strategies. It does not deploy DGB, Gold Pool positions, GoldNotes, sXAU, pledged collateral, or any other physical-gold custody holding.
Strategy access and availability are introduced in stages and remain subject to eligibility, risk disclosures, legal structure, and activated provider connections.
- Participation is elective
- Only the SUSD explicitly allocated by the client enters the Yield Engine
- Entry costs, exit costs, performance fees, gains or losses, and net proceeds are shown through the applicable workflow
- Maturity or exit proceeds return to the client’s SUSD balance
- Physical gold remains outside the Yield Engine
- Yield activity carries risk to the SUSD voluntarily allocated
The Vault Access Packet
Ownership that outlasts the interface.
Eligible GoldNote, Gold Pool, and sXAU participants can receive access to a Vault Access Packet — a durable continuity record designed to help a holder understand and validate the position if the Solari interface is interrupted or unavailable.
The packet organizes relevant ownership, custody, evidence, and continuity information — including applicable Hedera evidence references — for secure download and offline retention.
The Vault Access Packet supports continuity and validation. It does not replace the governing Trust Agreement, custody records, account terms, credit documents, platform agreements, or applicable law.
One Solari ID
One account, with access appropriate to the activity.
The Vault Desk and GoldStackz share one Solari ID, one login, and a connected account history. Clients may enter the Vault Desk directly, use GoldStackz independently, or use both.
Identity verification determines applicable transaction limits and eligibility for higher-value or advanced capabilities. VARA membership is separate from identity verification and may provide eligible benefits and storage-fee discounts.
Selective availability
Build a gold position around ownership — not abstraction.
The Vault Desk will be introduced selectively to eligible prospective clients as Solari prepares for launch. Availability, onboarding, identity verification, and participation requirements will be confirmed before access is granted.
Real gold. Protected ownership. Continuity by design.
Trust gold. Trust structure. Built for the future.
The Vault Desk is presented as part of the Solari pre-launch preview. Product capabilities, eligibility, identity requirements, custody and reserve arrangements, audits, pricing, lending and yield terms, provider connections, delivery availability, and evidence references may change before launch. Nothing on this page constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice or an offer to buy, sell, issue, lend, or provide credit against any asset.
