Solari Trust Architecture

Protected ownership begins with structure.

The Solari GoldLink System connects a modern client experience with protected trust and custody controls, institutional bullion infrastructure, and independent verification. Each part has a defined responsibility, preserving clear boundaries between client gold, platform operations, settlement, and optional financial activity.

Solari remains the client-facing platform throughout. Trust, custody, infrastructure, and verification strengthen the experience without replacing the Solari relationship.

One system, distinct responsibilities.

The Trust Engine is one component within Solari's broader trust architecture. It governs legal ownership and issuance rules, while custody, settlement, platform operations, and independent verification retain separate responsibilities.

Defined responsibilities

One platform. Clear structural boundaries.

Solari brings the client experience together while keeping the responsibilities beneath it distinct. Ownership controls, custody infrastructure, evidence generation, and public anchoring support one another without becoming interchangeable.

Independent verification reference

Applicable account record and Vault Access Packet

Hedera provides an independent public reference for selected cryptographic references. It does not hold gold, create ownership, control custody, or replace legal records.

Solari Platform

Provides the client relationship, Solari ID, Vault Desk and GoldStackz experiences, holdings visibility, transaction workflows, reporting, and access to eligible services.

Trust Engine

Establishes the ownership, issuance, allocation, custody-boundary, collateral, redemption, evidence, and continuity controls governing Solari gold positions.

Protected Trust and Custody

Separates qualifying physical gold supporting issued client positions from Solari’s operating balance sheet and ordinary operating liabilities through the intended bankruptcy-remote trust and custody structure.

Institutional Infrastructure

Supports the underlying bullion acquisition, vaulting, storage, logistics, delivery, settlement, and eligible collateral operations required by the applicable Solari workflow.

Evidence Engine

Organizes supported lifecycle evidence, connects it to relevant platform and institutional records, generates cryptographic references, and manages the resulting verification trail.

Hedera Public Anchoring

Provides an independent public consensus record for selected cryptographic references, strengthening record integrity, chronology, and continuity beyond Solari’s own interface.

The Trust Engine

Protection is governed by defined rules.

The Trust Engine is the legal, custody, ownership, and control framework beneath every issued Solari gold position. It establishes how positions are formed, protected, used, and ultimately released, sold, redeemed, or delivered.

Issuance rules

An issued DGB, sXAU, or GoldNote position follows Solari’s 1:1 issuance discipline and is supported by qualifying physical gold within the applicable custody structure.

Allocation rules

Allocation records connect eligible gold quantities to the appropriate client position after the required acquisition, execution, receipt, and review events are complete.

Ownership rules

Account records, transaction receipts, trust and custody references, and applicable evidence records work together to identify the client’s position and its history.

Custody boundaries

Protected gold remains structurally separated from Solari’s platform operations, ordinary liabilities, and optional financial activity.

Collateral rules

Solari cannot pledge client gold for its own benefit. Only an eligible collateral block affirmatively designated by the client may be voluntarily pledged through the Gold Credit Line.

Redemption and delivery rules

Eligible clients may request sale, redemption, or physical delivery through the applicable workflow, subject to position status, minimums, availability, identity requirements, provider review, pricing, and jurisdiction.

Evidence requirements

Selected material events may generate structured evidence records and cryptographic references for independent anchoring and later verification.

Continuity requirements

Applicable ownership, custody, evidence, transaction, and contact references may be organized into durable continuity documentation for eligible participants.

A pending Gold Pool subscription is a participation record, not an issued gold position. A GoldNote is created only after the required execution, vault receipt, allocation, and review steps are complete.

Ownership lifecycle

A position can evolve without losing its history.

Solari is designed to preserve an organized record as an eligible gold position moves through the events selected by the client and required by the applicable product.

  1. Acquire

Fund and initiate an eligible acquisition.

  2. Allocate or issue

Record the position after required execution and review.

  3. Hold and review

    Monitor holdings, value, and evidence.

  4. Transfer or giftOptional

    When eligible.

  5. Combine or consolidateOptional

    When selected.

  6. Pledge voluntarilyOptional

    When selected and approved.

  7. Release, sell, redeem, or deliver

    Through the applicable workflow.

Each position follows only the lifecycle events applicable to its product, status, eligibility, and the client's instructions. Gifting, consolidation, borrowing, redemption, and delivery are optional pathways—not mandatory stages.

DGB

Fixed-denomination gold position for stacking, collecting, gifting, combination, eligible sale, and delivery progression.

sXAU

Standardized 1.00 troy oz Vault Desk position for holding, evidence, eligible sale, delivery, and collateral consolidation.

Gold Pool

Structured acquisition process; a subscription remains pending until execution and allocation are complete.

GoldNote

Durable ownership record representing an allocated gold quantity following an eligible allocation event.

Structural separation

Optional utility does not erase the boundary.

Unpledged client gold

Solari cannot lend, pledge, rehypothecate, invest, or use unpledged client gold for its own benefit. Protected holdings remain outside optional credit and yield activity unless the client initiates an eligible action.

Gold Credit Line

Eligible DGB, completed Gold Pool allocations, GoldNotes, and sXAU holdings may contribute toward an approved consolidated collateral block. Only the block voluntarily designated and pledged by the client is locked. Other holdings remain unaffected.

A pledged block is unavailable for sale, transfer, delivery, combination, or conversion until repayment and release. Enforcement or liquidation is governed by the applicable credit agreement, including its default provisions.

Yield Engine

The Yield Engine is a separate, optional environment using only the SUSD affirmatively allocated by the client. Physical gold, DGB, Gold Pool positions, GoldNotes, sXAU, and pledged collateral are not deployed into yield activity.

SUSD and VARA

SUSD is Solari's separately supported internal dollar settlement unit. VARA—Vault Access Rewards Allocation—is Solari's separate membership token for eligible benefits, discounts, access, and bounded participation. Neither creates a claim on Trust-held client gold.

Record integrity & continuity

Important records should be checkable beyond Solari's interface.

The Evidence Engine connects selected lifecycle events to relevant platform, trust, custody, transaction, or operational records. Cryptographic references associated with those events may be anchored to Hedera, strengthening independent verification, chronology, and continuity without exposing private client information.

Hedera does not hold the gold, establish legal title by itself, perform physical custody, or replace the Trust, custodian, governing documents, account records, or independent audits. It provides an independent public consensus record for selected cryptographic references.

Vault Access Packet

Ownership should remain understandable beyond any one interface.

For eligible participants, the Vault Access Packet is intended to organize relevant ownership, product, trust, custody, transaction, evidence, Hedera, and governing-contact references into a durable record suitable for secure download and offline retention.

The Vault Access Packet supports continuity and validation. It does not replace the Trust Agreement, custody records, account terms, credit documents, governing agreements, or applicable law.
